Gregorian Chant for Meditation

I came across this short vocational video on traditional monastic life, produced by religious-vocation.com some time ago.  The chant is absolutely amazing; I listen to it as a prelude to contemplative prayer – it is wonderfully calming.  The audio is from the Monastic Choir of the Abbey of Notre Dame de Fontgombault, recording “Saint Benedict”, “Alleluia Vir Dei Benedictus omni” (courtesy of youtube):
